THE ISSUES:Keeping Our Communities Safe

Keeping Our Communities Safe

As a New York Police Department Detective, Councilman Anthony D’Esposito knows the importance of keeping our communities safe for our children, families and seniors.

It’s by partnering with law enforcement and the fire service that we are best able to keep each and every one of our communities safe from crime, drugs and terrorism. Councilman D’Esposito has an excellent working relationship with village mayors, police departments and numerous Nassau County Police Precincts.

In fact, Councilman D’Esposito and his office often partner with the Nassau County Police Department to ensure that our communities are well-patrolled. This is extremely important in different areas during various times of the year, such as the High Holidays in the Five Towns and Oceanside communities, summer in the Island Park and East Rockaway areas and throughout the year in other areas like South Hempstead. Rockville Centre, Malverne and Lynbrook have their own outstanding village police departments working hard day in and day out.

No one knows the importance of keeping the community safe and secure more than Councilman D’Esposito. It’s been his life’s work to keep criminals off the street – and serve our families as a Chief of the Island Park Fire Department. As Councilman, no one has a stronger record of working to keep our communities safe.
